Why should you list your property with us. we are the oldest and most experienced real estate firm in the area. King Realty, Inc openned its doors from the home of Roger and Roberta King at that time located in the lower village of Campton across from the Lower Village Market in 1962 . After moving from their home to where Ridgeline Real Estate is now they moved to their present location in 1970, King Realty were incorporated. Darlene King-Jennings the present Owner and President of the corporation joined the family business in her freshman year of college in 1978, more than 30 years ago By the time she graduated from college she was licensed as a Broker. Upon graduating from Keene State College with a BS degree in Sociology - the study of how people behave, she joined the business full time. She has been selling the areas real estate here ever since. Terri Qualters came and joined King Realty in September of 2005 . She brings to the table experience as a paralegal and in real estate sale and services since 1984 , or 25 years . She is licensed in both NH and in Mass.

Darlene has served on the Town of Campton's economic board. She has served as president and a board membor of Thornton-Campton Neighborfest, Inc a non profit whose mission is to bring the communities together in the spirit of neighbors since its establishment. Neighborfest's goal is still to build a community center to serve the area. She has been an honorary chair in fund raising for the Pemi Baker Home Health and hospice. Terri has since moving to Campton is a very active member of the Garden Club. On a summer day you can find her at the flower beds at Campton Dam or early most mornings and if not there at the Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the Campton's Building committee- established to determine Campton's best moved to build our New town office buildings. We are both members of the local Chamber of Commerce, mls and the Lakes Region Board of Realtors.

The location of King Realty- well we have the best location in town, thanks to Darlene's parents. They helped the surveyors when interstate 93 was being surveyed to locate where it would be built. In doing so they knew where the best location would be to get the traffic as they entered the town of Campton. Located between the Campton Mobile and Campton Gulf Gas Stations. We are literally right off the highway. And it does not hurt that when people get off the highway , The two things that are on their mind is getting gas or finding a restroom at the gas stations on either side of us, or coffee, and Mad River Coffee Shop the areas only nonfranchise coffee shop is located right in our building .

Advertising- well we have location but getting the people here before they come to town is the key. We have chosen the Lakes Region Guide to be our primary advertisement in paper form as like our our own flyers they are gotten out to all the local restaurants and places that people go in the area. But Lakes Region guide goes further and is distibuted throughout the state from border to border and is in all hotels, restaurants, rest stops and just about everywhere . We also advertise in the Providence Journal as it serves the area that most people that vacation here come from. We also advertise locally select properties that marketing locally would best serve. On the Web- well this is the place that most people start their journey to purchase and Realtor.com is the place that most people start this search. It is the top known and clicked website on the net being known by people all over the world. Realtor.com is where we spend the most of our advertising dollars. We have the enhanced showcase service on Realtor.com allowing us to put on up to 25 pictures, we can add a virtual tour and tons of text that allows our listings to be viewed much more than any other listings . There is more information that will attract a buyer to ask more questions. Seeing more pictures allows the buyer a better insite into the property. In addition there is a caption at the top allowing for a brief property header that only showcased properties have. In addition to the showcase King Realty has 3 spots of featured homes - the only 2 in Campton/Thornton and 1 in Waterville Valley. These spots are seen to the left as soon as you click the town . We have a virtual tour of every property that we have listed . This virtual tour is linked to our website, to mls, to realtor.com and to the other allowable internet sites we advertise on.
